Description
Holden Calais VX 2001 - LS1 V8 Series II
Calais, 201k's good solid LS1 Engine,(LS1 Engines are from a Corvette Stingray)
Cream Leather interior, good condition.
Had heaps of work done on her lately,
New Shocks, New Bushes all round (Nolathane)
Tapper Seal and injection system cleaned,
Fuel filter and new clips, New Maestero Tyres (Coopers),
Auto gearbox service, Major service 200k's (stamped in book)
Tint (Darkest legal in front, and limousine 55% in the back)
New brakes and slotted roaters all round)
Full LED Exterior and Interior lighting)
LED Spot lights/High Beams, and H3's driving lights)
Reg until January 2015 -
To do;
Interior lights will need replacing
Main engine seal, and engine mounts (have nolathane engine mounts here ready to go, cost me $350)
So when you do the main engine seal, which is a relatively medium job, you also replace the engine mounts at the same time!
All up should cost you around $400-$500
This is an all round great deal, she's a collectors item in the series of Au Built Commodores, as she's a series II VX,
which is right in the middle of VT and VY, the VX Calais is SO collectable because she has the first LS Engine to be featured, an LS1, also in the SS and Clubsports.
A VX has all the interior features seen in the model upgrade and model shape change seen in the VY. A beautiful car, and very collectable in future perspective.
I bought this car from a fella in Toowoomba who owns a company out that way, and this was his Car!
Available for viewing in Browns Plains, please only serious inquiries.
