NSW Regd to 18 Feb 2015.
Working Aircon.
Summary of work I've done after buying vehicle Feb 2013:
Engine – New sump gasket, clean/repair sump and pickup, New set main and conrod bearings, new harmonic balancer and front seal, , refit plenum, replace ign module, new distributor rotor and cap, new Bosch Platinum plugs, new temp sensor, throttle sensor, map, o2 and oil pressure sensor. Oil & filter (Z30) change June 2014. Not original engine- estimated age <200K. Compression tested and to spec as per WSM.
Trans – 4L60 All 4 gears shifting correctly, with TC lockup functioning well.Modified TC ( Repainted?) Possible shift kit ( Early shift points) New filter, gasket, Fluid, New rear trans mount, extension housing bearing & sealMay 2013
Air conditioning - Functioning well, recent service with new flex hoses, drier, o-rings, gas and lubricant.
Battery – Century type 68 620cca purchased Feb 2013.
ECU – C.O.M.E racing HSV chip and VP BAAM model board.
Alternator - partial rebuild with new Bosch regulator.
Exhaust – VP cast manifolds & new gaskets, replacement catalytic converter, 2.5 inch Redback sport system. New hangers and gaskets
Wheels – later model 7 inch steel rims with later model 19mm nuts. Impact socket and breaker bar to suit.
Tyres – Nexen CP661 225/60r15 (same dia as 205/65r15) fitted April 2013, 10k rotation and rebalance June 2014.
Suspension – FE2, with polyurethane rubbers, new Durashock gas shocks/inserts, new set King spring rears, new nolathane castor plates,
Towing - standard towbar and ball, standard plug and coilrite airbags at rear.
Drivetrain - rebuilt rear diff with LSD re-machined Dec 2013. Propshaft uni's and CV joint replaced. New bearings front hubs.
Brakes – Hydraulic system flushed, new brake pads 2013.
Fuel system – Tank removed / cleaned out /painted, new inner/outer pump, filter and EFI lines 2013, Fuel useage within 10% of spec ( even with chip)
Cooling system – New water pump, Radiator hoses, heater hoses, Coolant replaced, radiator flushed, 2013.
Intake – VR V8 cold air intake with mod for use on VN. New air filter June 2014.
Bonnet - Replacement hinges and new hydraulic struts (mod from VR.)
Windscreen – replaced Jan 2014.
Steering wheel - 350mm suede OMP.
Seats – Autotechnica sports seats on modified commodore bases. Some wear on bolsters with patched areas.
Lights – Headlights 90/100w bulbs, interior lights LED, LED license plate light and boot lamp. LED dash lights. Door switches disabled ( BT1 spec – able to be resurrected)
Fire Extinguisher – new Dry powder type fitted in boot.
Radio – Pioneer DEH-1150 4 speaker CD player installed with original radio frame,
Philips FM91 remote head two way radio installed in original location. Semi functional – Eeprom programmed with 40ch CB frequencies – powers up and display working but unit requires re-tuning. Service manual supplied.
Flashlight – 4 cell Maglite mounted in front of drivers seat.
Paint - Some dents and scratches and other imperfections: Very Good for age.
Nudge bar - A cut down legitimate Commodore Bullbar (Queensland Bullbars) complete with reinforcing brackets bolted to chassis.
Door Rubbers - Set of door seals from VY Commodore.

Overall a very good ride - but I have to move in a few months and it's not coming with me.
Comes with box of assorted spare parts and car care products.
Guaranteed to be genuine ex-Marked Departmental vehicle.
