2003 VY HOLDEN COMMODORE SEDAN
REGISTRATION TILL 29 - OCTOBER - 2014

GOING CHEAP - NEED SOLD ASAP
Up for sale is a 2003 VY Holden Commodore Sedan.
Listed are its issues that hence effect the price and it justifies the low price tag. This car is going cheap as a result:
* The car has quite a lot of scratches along both sides of the car caused by keys being scratched across it.
* It has a dint in the front of the car caused by hitting a kangaroo, not a large one but there all the same.
* Interior is not in the best condition. The front drivers seat has a hole in it, front carpet in drives seat is worn, back seats are dirty due to kids and ceiling of interior has a few stains on it caused by a kids drink. Also the front seat back pockets have marks on them.
* The boot does not open with the key as the boot release is broken. It does open from the inside of the car using the manual release found in the back passenger seat - cost to fix is around $165.
* The car steering arm is broken (has been for 4yrs). Have been quoted at $600 to be fixed recently just never got around to it.
* Needs a full service - last service was 15000 kms ago.
* Needs new windscreen wipers. As a result there is a long scratch through the windscreen caused by faulty wipers. It is about 2mm wide and goes right through the windscreen. Does not effect vision however and will not prevent the car from being registered.
* Air-conditioner works but only on speed 2 and 3 and back demister doesn't work
WHAT HAS BEEN DONE
* The car has got a new Radiator - only around 6months ago.
* Has had new front brakes put in about 15000kms ago and new rear brake pads put in around 10000km's.
* Also has a brand new spare tyre.
The last service was 15000km's ago and the one before that was 5000km's earlier. In this service it had new spark plugs done plus all the regular maintenance done during the service.
I will say regardless of the issues the car still drives well. I drive it from Jervis Bay to Orange almost weekly and have never had any issues mechanically with the car. The car has never broken down in the 6yrs I have owned it apart from a radiator going and a battery or 2.
The pictures do form part of the description. I believe the car is priced to sell and regardless of its issues is worth the small amount I am asking.
