2003 VY SS Commodore for sale.
I am the 3rd owner of the car, has a service history and was told that the motor was replaced by Holden under warranty around the 100 000k mark but I have never checked this out. I have owned the car for 18 months and never had a problem with it. Has currently been sitting under a car cover and off the road since January this year. Is started twice weekly to keep motor turned over and battery charged.
Is great on fuel considering its a V8 but I was averaging around 9.2 litres on the highway and around 14 litres in town. But while I owned it car was 90% highway driving. I have done 16,000k since I bought the car. There was no rear wing when I bought it, has black plugs covering the boot holes. Came like that when I bought it. I have had the sump gasket replaced at 174,000k at Holden Emerald (Qld). I have always kept the car clean and the leather clean and moisturised. Has the usual wear on the drivers side cushion pads on the seat. The wheels have gutter rash from the previous owners but still are in ok condition.
Car has never been modified apart from a tow bar fitted from factory. Had 4 tyres put on the car at 174,000k's. Car will need new brake pads and possibly rotors. Car is unregistered.
