Description

I have for sale my Holden Rodeo dual cab v6. I have owned it for nearly 2 years and has been a very reliable car. These earlier model v6's reputation is dragged down a bit by the later model v6 which is not a very good motor. The v6 in these are an excellent engine if maintained properly. Actually not too bad on fuel for its size. I think it is in pretty good condition for its age, it only has one ding on the tray on the passenger side.
It has log book service history for most of its life, I am the third owner and have kept my own service records, which will come as part of the sale of course. The timing belt was done on time so it won't need replacement again until 300,000km.
The following are some of the items replaced in the last 2 years/15000km.
- Alternator bushes and bearings
- Main multi accessory belt
- Top radiator hose, kept old as spare
- Coolant
- Spark plugs
- Fuel filter
- Air filter
- Gearbox fluid
- Transfer case fluid
- Differential fluids
- Upper ball joints
- Lower ball joints
- Drivers outter cv boot
- Rear leaf spring bushes
- Front shock absorbers
Other items of note.
- 2 1/2 mandrel bent exhaust
- Factory Holden Rodeo Sport wheels inc spare
- Bridgestone dueller a/t tyres with 50% thread
- Pioneer fm/aux/usb & bluetooth handsfree stereo with bluetooth streaming.
- Water coolant temperature gauge, which the switch for is faulty, I'm pretty sure it still works just needs to be looked at.
- Arb bull bar
- Tjm tow and rear bar rated at 1800kg, could do with re-powder coating or repainting
- Tjm canopy
- Tjm tray mat
- High mount for spare tyre
- Leds in canopy, but need to be connected, they were but the wiring was a bit dodgey and not fused so I removed it.
Selling due to upgrading. Please come and have a look before you tell me it's worth half the asking price, time wasters will be ignored. Will come with a roadworthy.
