holden statesman 5.7L V8 WK

Great car only selling due to recent change of work arrangements. All freeway kilometers as I travel from warragul to taralgon daily for work, always been a country car as its original owner was from sale. Always been garaged and has a perfect service history at 10K kms intervals, Have spared no expence in maintaining this car to perfect operating condition, it is as good WK statesman as you will find and allthough it may have higher kms than others I assure you it drives as smooth if not smoother than all others of this age. I have full confidence that this car has many more reliable kms left in its powerfull Gen III engine and if driven smoothly really does not use much more fuel than a V6 anyway (averages about 10.5L/100km on the highway) Only ever owned and driven my mature owners and is completly standard exept for a two and half inch twin cat back exhaust system, it is not loud just has a nice purr as a V8 should. And adjustable air shocks in the back.(great for towing) This car will have had $2,500 spent on it in the last 12 months as I had no intension of selling. -It had new laser iridium plugs and good quality leads changed at 240K kms. -New dimple drilled rotors and bendix pads at 260K kms. -New battery (heavy duty) at 270K kms. -New drive shaft CV's and tail shaft centre bearing at the start of the year. -Has four new tyres. -Will have new brake fluid and new windscreen as part of the RWC. -Has always had Penrite HPR 5 full synthetic oil put in it and has had the oil filter, air filter, drive belts etc. replaced more often than recommended. -Long rego and RWC What more can I say than this is a bloody good car for the money, full alloy spare wheel, very spacious, electric everything, big boot, hayman reece tow bar and very comfortable to drive. I'm sorry to see it go but have just purchased a ute for work.
