Holden HZ Wagon "SMOOTH CUSTARD"

ok folks, "SMOOTH CUSTARD" is up for grabs, she's a legend old HZ wagon in great condition. I have put a lot of time, money, love, sweat and possibly a little blood into this project on and off over the last 4 years and even though it will be a little sad it is time for her to move on. On the outside she has had a full respray in her original colour, GMH "jasmine yellow", also has full premier/gts chrome work including roofrack, all in great condition. New front glass. Inside she is neat and tidy, a few marks here and there but way above average for her vintage, no rips in any seats or rooflining, no cracks in dash, everything works as it should. Really good sound system with quality components including amp. Does not have carpet at the moment but does have underlay/soundproofing in cabin and floor mats as well, there is carpet in cargo area. The red 202 is in amazing condition. Fully refurbished stage 2 yella terra head, new lifters, rods, rockers, stage 1 torquey/towing cam, great acceleration. Twin thermo fans, pacemaker extractors into 2.5 in exhaust, has a great note and i have actually been asked which v8 she has in her! 34adm weber carby, professionally fitted, with auto choke which starts and idles cold (tassie cold!!!!) ridiculously well, amazed me compared to the 350 holley that was on prior, and runs beautifully. All engine work carried out within the last 1500 kms. All mated to the old faithful "trimatic" which shifts up and down smoothly and when it should. Has refurbished wheels, new kyb shockies front and rear, machined front discs and new pads all round, v8 tailshaft into 10 bolt salisbury diff. Car runs and drives really well and is great to drive, i love driving her, a unique feeling driving an old classic like this, hard to describe, very cool! I would confidently jump in her tomorrow and drive her anywhere, from here in tassie up to the top of the country if i needed to, and in the 3 or 4 tanks i have put through her, she was returning about 14lt/100km, and that wasn't driving conservatively. She is roadworthy and registered, went over the pits only a couple months ago for the first time in 5 years and passed first go. She really is a beautiful car and a great example of motoring history. Could be used as a daily driver confidently, stored away as an investment or a fantastic platform for a show car.
