If you are in the market for a Holden One Tonner that is clean, well cared for, mainly original and one that you can drive without nothing to spend then this could be the one for you. All the hard work has been done !This HZ One Tonner was built June 1979 as a 202 , 6 cylinder, Trimatic Column Change Auto with Bench Seat.
Currently has 305,563 km's on the odometer and runs like a dream on LPG which is very cheap to run.
Recent work includes new paint / any rust removed, new GEM engine, new trim including HZ bucket seats re trimmed in cloth, new door trims, new head lining, new carpet and a near perfect original dashboard.
Additions include extractors, power steering, electronic ignition, under dash air conditioning, Alpine Stereo / CD player, remote immobiliser, reconditioned automatic gearbox, brand new aluminium tray with drop sides and finished off with the old school type Dragway 5 spoke mags and P235/60R15 tyres with close to 90% tread on them. Registration expires Feb 2015 so has approximately 8 months rego remaining.
Would be highly recommended to any tradie who appreciates these light trucks for what they are or otherwise a P Plate driver.
Anyone interested in buying will be happy to know that this One Tonner has always been serviced and maintained by an enthusiast who uses a fleet of Holden One Tonners (one of six) for business. All of these have been maintained exactly the same way !!
It starts, drives and stops as it should and definitely handles a lot better than most one tonners of a similar age.
Can be viewed in the southern suburbs of Sydney by appointment and is recommended. Please bid to buy and not view to then walk away. I want prospective buyers to see this first and for anyone outside of Sydney I can arrange more photos or information as required. I'm feel confident in saying you won't be disappointed.
