One for the Holden Fans.
Original HX Overlander wagon, this vehicle is not a clone it has the original 5litre and turbo400 auto, Dana 20 twinstick transfercase and Dana60 rear and 44front diffs, these vehicles were designed and built in Tasmania by Arthur Hayward in the early 70's as a home grown 4wd to fill the void of power comfort and room the Japanese 4wd's of the time were seriously lacking.
This car goe's strong and turns heads, it was stripped several years ago resprayed and trimmed, gearbox rebuilt and front brakes overhauled, newrubbers, alloy radiator, electric fan and tranmission cooler fitted, new holley carb and wheels and tyres, but it still requires some attention, leaky power steering and other minor jobs.
I had it on club rego but rarely drove it, it has been garaged for the last 5yrs but started regulary, i really need the room now and have to sell her, i have the original sales broshure and some magazine articles etc.
Please no time wasters etc and only bid if you are serious, i would love to see it go to a goodhome, please msg me with questions or to inspect.
