Description
The 3.5 V6 petrol engine in this truck was
rebuilt for another vehicle and according to its previous owner, ran
beautifully for 40, 000 kms before that truck was sideswiped and written off.
I had the engine fitted into this RA well-side dual cab ute and it performs well.
The engine oil & filter have been replaced in the last 500 kms when the vehicle was serviced.
The 5 speed manual gearbox & rear axle diff work well and received an oil change recently.
It has no leaks, loses no fluid and has never been overheated.
AC runs excellent and with the dark tints, keeps the sunburn & heat outside.
Interior is tidy.
Body is tidy. No paint fade or scrapes but usual light scratches. Rear tailgate has a light ding.
CD Stereo has 6 speakers front & back and works well, sounding out no distortion with a decent amount of bass & volume.
Tyres are 75%. It has a towbar. A soft cover for the back is supplied but needs repair.
No hard lid, no chrome nudge bar or bulbar, no racks.
Just a good old Rodeo workhorse, ready to work.
Things needing attention:
Interior light not working- bulb or fuse?
Rear number plate light not working- bulb or fuse;
One rear window winder handle missing;
Stereo needs to be manually turned off- doesn’t turn off with the key;
After $6000.
Not interested in swaps or time payments.
It is registered to March 2016.
It will be sold with a LPG system that needs fitting & certifying, a Qld RWC and a full tank of petrol to a BuyNow buyer.
