Up for sale is this Holden Rodeo, 4x2, 5 speed manual. This is the 3.6 lt alloytec engine as found in the Commodore range. And for those in the know, this ute does not have timing chain issues. The timing chains have been looked at by an oscilloscope and are fine! Yep, you guessed it, I'm a motor mechanic. Only purchased this ute last July. And due to unforeseen circumstances, I reluctantly will need to sell it. Good unforeseen circumstances that is. Another vehicle ended up on my doorstep and it was too good to resist. Not much I can say about this ute other than it is clean. Good paint, good interior, clean engine, no oil leaks. Nothing to spend. And quite impressive on the fuel economy. It pulls around 600 kms out of a tank of fuel, out on the highway. This is a clean ute and therefore definitely not something a bargain hunter would think of inquiring about. Nor any time wasters. Those hopefuls throwing $4,000 offers, don't bother, you're wasting your time. This ute is for the serious buyer only. Can only afford to spend $4000? You need to look under the "rough car sales" category section? Sorry, I need to be blunt to save your time and mine!
