2000 Holden statesman WH 5.7L V8

Hi, 2001 WH V8 Holden Statesman, leather seats, 10 stacker cd, tow bar, air con, power windows and seats all working, leather seats, no warning lights on dash, engine running very well. Rear air struts replaced with regular struts and springs a few months ago, rides well.
Still runs ok but car will be sold without rego, there's a few small issues which I think may prevent it passing a roadworthy which I just don't have time to fix so car is sold as is. The bad - oil leak (really not too bad and doesn't leak on driveway after a quick degrease 2 months ago), small rip on front seat, runs ok besides that and still tows fine. Has a number of scratches / marks on front and rear bumber but no major dings anywhere on car and no major scratches on rest of body, interior still reasonable for age.
