Description
1969 LC Torana. Car has only just been built in 2020. All new body rubbers/mechanical/electrical/interior/wheels and tyres/panel and paint. Has only been driven a few kms.
RB25DET and 5 speed manual out of an R33 GTST. New heavy duty clutch. Engine has been rebuilt using a genuine gasket kit, genuine rings and ACL race series main and big end bearing. Has aftermarket intake and exhaust manifold, 600cc injectors and t04e turbo with 38mm wastegate plumbed back into exhaust.
Has a brand new Haltech elite ECU and Haltech wb-1 wideband controller. All engine electrical is mounted on a hinged panel that drops down under dash with relays, fuses, ecu and igniter all accessible. All the wiring is documented in excel sheet showing colours and pin outs.
New Bathurst long range fuel tank with in tank Walbro 255 fuel pump. All AN fittings throughout for fuel, oil and breathers. Custom ADRAD intercooler. Autometer Digital Speedo wired to factory Nissan gearbox speed sensor. Stainless 409 3” exhaust all V banded with 2.5” tailpipe. 4 new ADR compliant inertia reel seat belts.
Diff is a rebuilt Borg Warner 75 series with 3.9:1 diff gears, New 31 spline billet axles and modified BW LSD to suit axles. Brakes are VN-VS commodore rears and HQ fronts. 3” Tailshaft with hardy spicer unis. All rotors and pads are new with rebuilt calipers.
Every bush, joint, bearing, gasket, seal, hose, fitting, etc brand new. Every bolt in the engine bay is stainless. All underbody is painted in stone guard. All steering, brake, diff and suspension components are painted in black satin 2K. New from king springs and all new shocks.
Very light car and has been built to handle decent power. Car only currently has very low boost and has been road tuned, Which is the only driving it’s done since all the work was done. Has electronic boost control and MAC valve with plenty of room within fuel system to make much more power. Driveline obviously capable of much more power too. Only selling as I don’t have time for it and have other projects and no space. I don’t need to sell it. Lots more I haven’t listed. Car drives flawlessly. Fun car to drive. Get in turn key and go.
