Description
Engine: 308 STD bore. Block decked & deburred. Heads modified to L34 spec & to run on unleaded. Roller rockers & big cam. Can't remember specs, but engine will rev to 8000rpm. High compression, so engine will only run on 98 octane fuel or better. Electronic ignition. Lightened & balanced flywheel. Std rods balanced, shot preened, & re-balanced. Steel crank 10/10ed & balanced. High volume oil pump. Twin thermo fans & big radiator. Dual plane manifold & 650cfm spread bore Holley. There are some oil leaks. Not from any of the engine seals though.
Gearbox: M21 with heavy duty clutch.
Diff: Ford 9" 3.7 limited slip gears. Boxed control arms. No mod plate.
Body: Quite straight with only a few minor rust issues. Rear hatch struts need to be regassed. Car needs to be resprayed.
Brakes: Dual diaphragm booster. Master cylinder about a year old. Brakes were sorted about a year ago. Rears weren't done properly & pinch. Car hasn't been used over the past 2 years other than a short run about every 3 weeks. Pedal now goes to the floor, so the brakes will have to be redone.
Wheels: 14" Hotwires. 225/50/14 on the back. 215/65/14 on the front.
Reason for sale: Haven't got the money to restore her the way I want. Regretful sale. Reserve will be set at $35,000. $200 non refundable deposit will be required within 3 days of sale with balance to be paid in full within 7 days. Car won't be released til funds have been cleared.
