Description
One lady owner since new, this blue 2006 Holden Viva Equipe is in really great condition. I'm only selling as I just bought a 4WD, and can't afford to keep both cars. I've spent just under $3000 over the last six months servicing her and replacing any worn parts. Recent mechanical work completed includes:
>The top half of the engine has been fully rebuilt with new seals, gaskets, a valve gear overhaul.
>A new coil pack has been installed
>A new timing belt has just been fitted
>Front suspension is all brand new
>Air conditioning regassed and super cold, ready for the heatwave about to hit us!
It's got a full RWC and has only travelled 127000 km. Originally advertised at $6000 the price has now been reduced to only $4850, as I would prefer to sell it before I go travelling next month.
Other features in my baby blue Viva include a drivers airbag, remote central locking, front power windows, 4 upgraded speakers and an aftermarket head unit with a bluetooth handsfree kit to keep things safe and legal when using a mobile on the road. It's got comfortable seating for 5 people with the front seats kept in great condition by seat covers. There's a small scratch on the right hand rear wheel arch, and some wear in the paint on the front door handles but aside from that it's a great looking car as she's never been in an accident or needed any body work.
I've looked after this car with real love and attention to detail since I bought it new from Sunbury Holden nine years ago, this is obvious from the spotless condition and impeccable service history. All major and minor services have been completed, including the timing belt which will now be good for another 100,000KM! Because it's a hatchback there's heaps of storage space in the rear and with 2nd row split folding seats you have the flexibility to expand it even more. It's super smooth to drive with power steering, a light clutch and easy gear changes, and being such a light car, the economy is fantastic (5.5L/100 on the highway!) even when you put your foot down!
I'm sad to see her go, but I'm sure her new owner will get as much satisfaction as I have for many years into the future. Available for inspection and a test drive in Ringwood East, two turns from the Eastlink Tunnel, come and take a look! It's rare to find such a well presented Viva, and even rarer at a price like this!
