Description
For sale is my 90% restored 93 VP Executive, V6 auto, Series 2, SS mock up. No expense spared on this car. It came factory with the V8 brake package, power mirrors, ABS, power steering,central locking, immobiliser, air con and a live axle LSD. Please note the remote does not communicate with driver's door, so you have to use the key but still works with the immobiliser.
I have installed VQ Statesman seats. Rears have been trimmed to fit properly. Interior is in good condition but hood lining is falling and stapled.
Suspension and steering is all brand new! New Steering rack, Super pro bushings fitted all through front and rear with new rear control arms and strengthened front control arms. Has K-Mac fully adjustable strut tops with a white line strut brace, adjustable pan hard bar in the rear, ultra low springs in the front and super low in the rear for a nice rake stance and KYB short shocks, Rear guards are rolled no tyre scrub.
Engine is refurbished with a Stage 2 Cam Dynamics camshaft from the USA and performance lifters. This gives the car great performance throughout the rev range 1200-6000 rpm, Has new hydraulic engine mounts and a new transmission mount, has Mace high voltage coils, Mace cold air intake, 65mm throttle body with Bellmouth removed. Car has a performance chip made for the upgrades and requires ULP 98, no less!. Pacemaker extractors, high flow cat, 2.5" Lukey cat back straight pipe exhaust, no resonator, has great note and not overly loud. I have installed 3 Speco gauges: Volts, Oil Pressure and Turbo/Vacuum.
Strong auto box with a shift improver kit and a Corvette servo. Gear shifts are nice and firm, does not slip!
Its fitted with a complete genuine VP SS body kit with genuine foglights and brackets (wiring inside cabin has not been complete, foglights don't light up) has an SV5000 rear boot spoiler, fitted with 17" VR Clubsport rims with 90% tread on Achilles Performance Tyres. Has slotted and dimpled rotors all round with Bendix brake pads and braided brake lines.
This is a very honest car and has been well looked after, just had a major service done (plugs, engine oil and filter, trans oil and filter, diff oil).
Body needs paint. Doors need new rubber seals. Car has done 308,300 kms, most of its life it was a rural country car so mostly highway kms. This car is a great cruiser and has power when you need it. Drives like a new car. It will not disappoint. Serviced every 5000 kms and all suspension and wheel alignment work done by Pedders.
Rego expires July 2015 and will provide RWC. Have all Log Books.
