vu commodore ute,custom,cruiser,p plate, swap

Up for sale is my shop ute. Building a new one, so no more need for this great girl. She is a 2002 VU with 178836 original kms. She is running a 3.8 V6 with ported and polished heads, mild cam, and larger injectors and throttle body. All under bonnet wiring and electric items have been removed, and relocated behind the drivers seat. Battery is in the tray. Gases are spent through a set of extractors into a mandrel bent twin 2.5" system ending in quad tips (sounds awesome). Behind that is a gertrag 5 speed with new exeedy clutch kit, passing through a new tougher tail shaft with larger rubber connectors and new center bearing, to a truetrac 3.90 lsd diff. She is rolling on Avanti 20" all around with new rear tyres. The suspension has been properly lowered with pedders components. The interior is very clean and tidy with a Calais dash, extra gauges and a custom gear knob. The sound system is loud and clear. The body has had no rust and has been painted and air brushed in 2-pac about 6 months ago. She has a HSV hard lid with the build date"05" on it. She drives and handles very well, and is a lot of fun to drive. I have no more need for her, and need the funds for business. Just ran out of rego, and will be sold without rego. Happy bidding. I can deliver between Brisbane and Tweet Heads. We just drove this car to Summernats and back, and it was one of my best drives ever. She got us there for under $100 in fuel. Surprised us. She has proven her reliability. I am only selling to finance another toy. Don't care if she sells, as she is such a great car. Will swap for old school Holden,Ford,Valiant,Chevy,Pontiac.
