2012 Red (Burgundy) Honda Accord Sedan EX-L V6Summary:Mileage: currently 94,884 but may rise to 95,550 by auction end.
Used lightly for errands and occasional weekend holiday car trips.
Maintained very well with proper oil changes.
Oil changed 1 month ago with Valvoline Advanced Synthetc Oil/Long-life filter.
Air filter just changed and Rad flushed with new antifreeze put in.
Car comes with:
R1 Concepts eLINE Series Front Rear Drilled and Slotted Brake Rotors with Ceramic Brake Pads and Hardware Kit (I never installed yet as current rotors and pads are in good shape).
Installed Auto-VOX Digital Mirror with Front-facing CAM and camera installed in rear of car.
Includes GPS and many other options.
All tires have good tread depth.
Front 2 tires replaced last summer with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4+ which have amazing grip.
No noticeable burning of oil or leaks and car has a lot of power.
Paint is in excellent condition as seen by the photos.
Car comes with 300AMP battery jumper power bank that fits in the glove apartment.
Leather interior, heated front power seats, power sun roof, econ mode which switches to 3 cylinders when load is light. I get amazing fuel economy on the highway but the 6 cylinders kick in instantly when you need them.
Windows have air deflectors as well as sun roof + chrome exhaust tips.
Upgraded High Intensity LED 6000K headlights, both low and high beam.
Backup lights also upgraded to very bright LED white lights.
Car has passed Air Care until July 31 2022.Disclaimers:
A few small single surface scratch areas on the lower right front spoiler, right rear near the wheel flare, and driver door handle has scratch near key insert. All scratches are very limited and minor. The paint overall is in amazing condition as seen in the photos.
Front Plastic guard that fits under the car and attaches to the front spoiler is missing. No adverse effect from that.
Front seats are a little weathered but typical for a 2012. No cracks or tears in the leather and I plan to renew the leather while the auction is still running. And if the weather permits, I'll polish the outside and see if I can remove those scratches mentioned.
I can forward additional pictures of the affected areas upon request. I am limited to 24 photos so did not include them here.
This has been an amazing ride for our family and kind of sad to let it go but I have another vehicle and need to free up the parking space. I love the V6 power and the amazing, smooth ride. Never going back to a 4 cyl. after this one!
Finally, car is sold as-is. It will be up the buyer to do proper inspections beforehand and the buyer is advised to do so.
I can allow anyone on your behalf or yourself to come in and do an inspection on-site under my supervision.
Payment:I allow the use of escrow.com or PayPal for your deposit. Deposit will be $500 due within 24 hours of winning the auction unless you use escrow.com who handle holding all the money from buyer until all terms of the agreement have been met.
Balance of funds are due with 7 days of the auction close.
Balance can again be handled by escrow.com, Paypal to my account, or Cash, Cashiers Check or Money order upon pickup of the car but payment must be completed in 7 days of auction close.
Title will be held until funds have cleared.
