For sale a very good example of the Honda Accord 2.2 Type R in Vesuvio Red
This car has a full service history with 14 stamps in the service book! 9 from main dealers and 5 from specialists the latest service having been carried out at 116,000 miles on 06/04/2014.
Car comes with a full years Mot to 24/09/2015 and taxed till 31st December 2014 so there are no issues to be attended to for the foreseeable future.
The car performs just as it should with no unwanted noises or rattles and the Vtec engages as it should to great effect giving tremendous performance together with all the attributes of a family saloon.

I have all previous Mots to confirm mileage and a file full of receipts for work undertaken on the car it also comes with all original Honda manuals and Type R file.
Here are just a few of the main issues and components that have been addressed and backed up within the history file :-
Main 5th gear replaced in late 2011 so none of the usual gear box issues Cam belt, water pump and ballancer belt replaced at 85000 miles Honda Power Rack fitted and Honda pump pressure tested to 1000 psi in 2012 New radiator fitted late 2011 Fuel pipes replaced late 2011
This type r is in standard factory condition apart from subtle breathing modifications which in my opinion enhance the cars road presence especially in Vtec this consists of the following
Full stainless steel exhaust with lifetime guarantee fitted in 2013 and invoiced at £345 Induction kit, cone filter with chrome induction pipe (comes with original air box and pipework) New rocker cover and gasket set Red silicone hoses (original pipe work supplied) The interior of the car is in very good condition as you can see with next to no wear on the Recaro seats, all bolsters in excellent condition which just backs up how well this car has been looked after.
This type r also comes with optional factory fitted air con which is quite rare on these cars.
