1979 Honda CBX Super SportTwin shock

Selling my 1979 Candy Glory red CBX. Good condition for an unrestored 42 year old motorcycle. I purchased it in the summer of 2020 with the intention of keeping as a rider but due to my work load it sat in the garage for 9 months. I took to the local CBX-pert in May of 2021 to sort out the carbs as it began leaking fuel when I went to start it. I then decided to have the remaining mechanical stuff repaired before deciding what the next step would be. I ended up putting several thousand dollars into new brakes and tires as well as having the carburetors and alternator rebuilt. I picked it up last week, changed the oil and filter and have driven it 5 miles to the gas station and back and now it sits again. As you can see, the bike is very presentable as is but is not a mint condition, best in show winner. There is a small dent in the tank, headlamp bucket chip, front M/C reservoir shows sign of leaking and various minor chips/scratches as would be expected. If purchased you could enjoy it as is or spend the winter working on the cosmetics to bring it to the next level.
Will also be listing my original Silver 79 CBX with sport kit. The engine turns over but it is in need of complete restoration.

This Honda CBX is currently registered in Ontario with the ownership (title) in my name. Located in southern Ontario Canada, 3 hours from Detroit or 2 hours from Niagara falls NY. Shipping is a buyers expense. US residents are able to cross the border and purchase without issue but please confirm border status before bidding as it may change. I am willing to assist with shipping but it is the buyers responsibility to arrange.
Due to the cost associated with listing on ebay, a non refundable $250 deposit is required within 2 days of sale. Remaining balance to be secured by bank draft/wire or cash in person.
