In good condition for age only small parking dents present nothing major

Interior is in Very good condition for age. There is a small dashboard repair barely noticeable

- Engine Soundproofing removed
- New plugs, Mobil 1 oil, filters done
- Repainted rocker cover in red and spark plug cover
- K&N Induction
- Stuke Designs Tailpipe (V loud)
- Air Con belt removed but could be refitted
- Skunk2 Rep Lower control Arms new bushes etc
- Prosport coilovers (Very Low may want raising)
- Rear Trailing arm bushes done
- New Handbrake cable
- New Top mount rubbers
- New Toyo Proxes T1r's on front V grippy can still see red lines, rears 4-5mm
Issues.
Does not unlock/lock on fob may just need a new battery,
Has the common rot on the rear arches will need sorting out at some point 100-200 pound job
Coilovers aren't the nicest ride quality car sits v low
