1995 Honda Civic DX Hatchback - 108,000 miles - one owner - see video

You are bidding on a 1995 Honda Civic DX hatchback that has not been on the road in four years. Battery is dead but it starts right up with a jump on the first turn (see YouTube video link below). Car has expired registration and inspection and will need to be towed from the premises. This Honda has had one owner (now 88-years-old) and 108,612 original miles on its 1.5-liter engine.
Body is in good shape, though the hood is dinged and scratched in a couple spots and getting it to latch can be a problem. I could not find any rust on the body.
The pictures show most but not all areas of the car so please see video to get a more complete view.
It needs new tires, a battery and whatever else you would normally replace when a car sits idle for a few years.
Upholstery is in great shape - just one small worn-out patch on top of the passenger side door, which you can see in at least one of the pictures and in the video.
This car is an automatic and is a base model with few options besides A/C. Spare tire in the trunk.
Clean title.
I know nothing about cars so anyone seriously interested should come take a look or contact someone in the Philadelphia area to come take a look.This car was dealer serviced before going idle and had whatever maintenance was proscribed while on the road.
