Great, clean, fun-to-drive Civic EX coupe in very good overall condition! Must see to appreciate! 1 owner, non-smoker, no pets, garage kept for the past 7+ years. Selling it because our growing family no longer has any use for a 2-door coupe. Clean title in hand.The interior is in very good condition considering the vehicle's age. No damage or issues to the front/rear cloth seats, front/rear dash, door panels, seat belts, trunk, etc.Exterior has some scratches, but no apparent rust and was fully repainted by Honda under the OEM warranty in 2014. All 4 Continental Contact All-Season tires are in very good condition. Only 22K miles of wear since they were replaced in Oct. 2018. The rims are original and have visible wear from years of exposure to the Midwest winter weather.90% of vehicle maintenance (including full A/C and brake system replacements) since 2014 has been performed by me with documented records and receipts. Prior to 2014, my wife (original owner) had the vehicle serviced primarily by the Honda dealership she bought it from in Dec 2008. All vehicle maintenance records and service receipts will be given to the buyer post-sale. The only known electrical issue is the radio occasionally needs to be turned off and back on for it to play audio.
