Honda Civic Type R EP3 2005 Cosmic Grey cheapest facelift CG for sale.

This my beloved Honda civic type r 2005 on a 54 plate, ive only had the car a couple of months and ive fallen in love with it, its my pride and joy, due to recent new circumstances this is the first thing to go so Im looking for total cash sale.
the car has a few nice bits on it such as a Tegiwa genuine carbon fibre airbox and inlet pipe totalling £400 new some people have gained 13bhp from this alone before mapping, its also got polybush gearbox and engine mounts, tegiwa short shift and gearknob, the centre console and door handles have been hydro dipped carbon fibre im alsotold the car has thicker JDM anti roll bars fitted, ive replaced the hids and sidelight bulbs too so they wont need doing for another 12-18 months.
Spec as follows
Engine
K20A2 (197bhp 145lb/ft) VTEC works perfectly and the change over is smooth. hand ported head as standard.
Tegiwa Carbon Fibre Airbox with performance air filter, red oil breather pipe and induction pipe totalling over £400 (gains of 13bhp and 10lbft before mapping have been seen)
scorpion Non Resonated centre section with a standard backbox ( The backbox keeps the noise down and the centre pipe gives a nice exhaust note when driving enthusiastically iv had nothing but good comments about the sound of it. and its quiet when you just want to drive around town)
polybushed gearbox mount can be seen in pics and lower engine mounts im told are done, engine is very sturdy and gives a good feel.
Chassis
Seam welded chassis and extra bracing as standard in EP3s
there is an after market strut brace on the front but I couldn't tell you the brand.
I am also told it has the JDM anti roll bars but haven't looked myself
Interior
the seats are clean and tidy with no rips
some interior parts such as the heater controls and stereo surround have been hydro dipped carbon fibre along with the door handle trim which is a nice touch in my eyes
This car hasn't let me down once, im gutted its got to go but thanks to 2 people crashing into me last year in previous cars my insurance has been effected massively even though they weren't my fault and I refuse to keep being mugged off with daft insurance premiums and me and my partner are moving house so I need to cut back on spending.
the car itself is relatively cheap to run for a type R, I get 105-110 miles to £25 of momentum 99 which is perfect for me as that's all I use going to work and back a week and all its wanted since I picked It up is a new HID bulb but I replaced both, a fuse for the lights and an oil change that was done 2 weeks ago. tyres will need changing at some point as they were on 2-3mm last week but with Christmas ive not had as much disposable cash to get them done so I just kept checking them.
the car is genuinely tidy considering the 110k mileage, ad hasn't been messed around with too much I have always let it warm up before even leaving the house and other than a knock from left side front that only happens going over potholes and bumps (sounds like a drop link or anti rollbar bush) its mechanically perfect, the outside is also tidy other than a scuff on the right side of the rear bumper and two minor dents one on the passenger wing and door that I didn't notice when I was picking the car up. they might not bother some but im picky.
if you have already owned one of these I wont need to tell you how capable and underestimated they are, I had a 240bhp astra turbo before this and I would say this Is twice the car, it starts every day and doesn't need something replacing every week, its the best handling car ive ever driven and im going to be sad to see it go but il get another one day! previous owner hasn't sent the log book off (idiot) so the cars still taxed in his name until april however ive got the green slip so you can tax it yourself
the tyres, suspension knock and logbook wont bother some but ive included it as this is a reluctant sale and I just want an honest quick sale with out messing.
