2004 HONDA CIVIC TYPE-R BLACK 146k 8 months MOT

Here i have my Honda civic type r which i have owned since April 2009. I was the 2nd owner of this beautiful car.
I am only selling as I've had a baby and require a family car. I've always loved this car, has never broke down, has been well looked after and any noises or issues that come about have been repair right away. Not that there's been that much. I would keep this car if I didn't need a 5 door car. putting a child seat in and out of the back gets tiring very quickly. The car is completely standard and hasn't been lowered, after market exhaust and not been chipped. Hondas are very reliable and generally this goes to pot when people mess about with the car. The car does burn oil but all type R's do due to the thin oil required to maintain them. I've always kept this topped up.
BelowI will list all the details and history about the item. I'm being a100% honest as i don't want to waste your time and mine by traveling toview this car only to not be what you expected it to be.
Themost important piece of information is the car is recorded as a CAT D asa someone went into the back of me and wrote of the car. I knew the carwas 100% reliable and was written off as the boot floor was creased andcost too much to repair. So i brought it back and repaired it myself.Photos of accident can be seen upon request. This accident occurred inAugust 2014. The repair required a new boot, bumper and bumper bar.Along with a respray. On the rear bumper (in photo) you will see slightcrack in paint. No idea what that is. Someone must of hit it without menoticing.
Service history was completed by honda up to 74k miles. Then by a independent garage at 84k
before being serviced by my partner.

I only have two receipts for service parts.
Steering rack replaced last year with salvage part due to excess play in it.
The car drives with no knocks or unusually noise.
The air con does not work and I do not know why.
The plastic grip/leaver that opens the bonnet has snaps. So hard to grip. I use a pair of pliers. You can keep these.
Thetwo points about are the only bad points I am aware of. The car is 10years + old so will have stone chips on fronts etc. However, there are no rust spots on the car.
All the alloys are in good condition. all were refurbished when car was wrote off in august last year. They do have a couple of kerb marks. Nothing major.
There is a slight rip in drivers seat.
Theright rear type has uneven wear. This is due to when it was on thefront and tracking wasn't done have steering rack replacement. Theuneven wear is on the outside but not illegal. This won't be a issue asrear tyre as slight inside wear due to camber. All tyres have plenty oftread and should last 1000's miles.
8 months MOT expires 27th August 2016. Last MOT had no advisorys.
Only 1 key and key fob.

Car still being driven so mileage will go up.
