It pains me to write this; but I'm making my car available for sale. I am selling it as my daily commute has been massively reduced and I am rarely driving the car now.

Full Honda Service History
The only 1.8 (R18) Honda Civic in the UK to be turbo'd, and as a result it now produces 265BHP and 265ftlbs of torque. Its faster than even most modified Civic Type R’s and S2000’s. So you're getting a very fast car here. The car drives and behaves as normal, so dont think that youre buying a racecar that cant be used daily, because it can be and is currently being used to commute.
I’ve had no problems since the car has been turbo'd and it has been thoroughly looked after, and I'm sure a lot of people will back me up on that one. If there is a scratched panel inside or outside the car I will replace the panel! So this car is immaculate! Very regular oil changes, best oils and supplements used. I have spent roughly £12k on this car, excluding the car itself, so somebody will be getting a bargain! I have a lot of paperwork for the car too, plenty of invoices to prove the total spend. All work was either undertaken by TDI NORTH in Warrington, who are well known Japanese car tuners, who are currently assisting AMD Tuning in the British Touring Car Championship. The amount of attention this car gets is unreal! Always getting heads turning to take a look.
MOT: The car has just passed its MOT so a fresh 12 months MOT expiring on 29th June 2016. It passed with no advisories. The car currently has two catalytic converters installed in the exhaust system, one of which I have a removable decay section, the other catalytic converter is permanent, they do not noticeably restrict the power of the car

Negatives:
- As the turbo requires the US Civic ECU, the cruise control no longer works.

Currently achieving 30mpg with mixed driving, With sensible A and B road driving 40mpg can be achieved.
