2004 Honda CR-V EX Sport Utility 4-Door 2.4L

Up for sale is my low mileage "Billy Goat", an AWD 2004 Honda CRV. I bought this vehicle 2 years ago from my aunt who only put 40K miles on it at that time. The car has over 63K on it now but i have listed it as 65K. Its a 5 speed manual and a blast to drive in all weather, especially the snow as I need to get to my job no matter what. Tires have about 22K on them and have planty of life left. An "AutoMate" alarm is installed as well as roof bars and a class I hitch I put on for my bike rack (rack not included). Car has been regularly serviced and only needs a driver at this point. As with probably 80% of all 2004-2006 CRV's the A/C system was "completely" replaced just 2 months ago due to the famous factory compressor issue and it works great! Only reason I am selling is I need a pickup at this point. As far as accident history, when my aunt had it parked on the street it was hit in the drivers rear quarter so she had that professionally repaired with factory honda parts.
