2005 HONDA CR-V I-CTDI SPORT BLUE 4 WHEEL DRIVE DIESEL

If you are after a 4 wheel drive diesel for the Winter then you wont get much better than this car in this price range. It's the ultra reliable Honda CR-V with the bullet proof CTDI diesel engine coupled to the smooth 6 speed gearbox. These are fabulous cars with the intelligent 4 wheel drive system so normal driving in 2 wheel drive most of the time which switches automatically whenever a wheel spin is detected-I've had one of these in the snow and they never stop. The diesel engine will get you up to 50 mpg, it comes fully loaded, new MOT, full history stamped in the book, near showroom condition and one owner from new-dont come much better than that.
Drives exactly as I expected it to-like new. Starts first time, smooth gear change, good clutch, no rattles, no warning lights on the dash and all the electrics work. All 4 tyres are good-3 are Bridgestone Duellers, sound exhaust, good clean, dry engine with all the levels topped up. I have driven the car all week and it's never missed a beat, I can find no mechanical issues at all.
Service book is fully stamped from new, last serviced in October 14 when it was MOT'd. The service book shows 9 stamps first 5 are Honda main dealer at 12k miles, 24k, 36k, 48k, 61k, then 4 independant garage stamps at 73k, 93k, 106k and last serviced in October 2014 at 114k-just over 1k miles ago. The last 4 services show all the work done, including all the fluids, oil, clutch and brake and all the filters pollen, air and oil. Last service also shows new anti roll bar links, air con reconditioned and new front discs and pads. The car has never wanted for anything-and no cambelt to worry about, it's chain driven.
