Sound Sensations in Marietta, GA professionally installed a Pioneer AVH-2330NEX head unit with Apple and Android CarPlay. The six C5-650x JL Audio speakers are powered by two XD400/4v2 JL Audio amplifiers, totaling 800 watts of continuous power. Bass comes from an ACP108LG-W3v3 JL Audio enclosed subwoofer, delivering 250 watts of continuous power. The cabling and the wiring are the best they offer. All four doors are sound insulated with HushMat to improve bass and mid-range speaker performance. Total cost: $6,000.00! This system is audiophile grade. I have all receipts. Everybody likes that bass, and there's plenty of it! But the system has been tuned to reproduce music with almost zero distortion at incredible volume levels. Few people have experienced sound like this before! At high volume, you can literally feel the pressure waves from the speakers. Sound is measured in decibels. This system was measured at 105 decibels. A Metallica concert is about 110 decibels. The Scientists at the National Institute of Health recommend no more than 15 minutes of unprotected exposure to sounds that are 100 decibels or more.
