Honda Integra DC2 1996

I have for sale my beloved Honda Integra DC2, jdm 96spec selling due to moving house and having no drive way as well as other project.
The car itself has had a lot done to it and spent on it.. I have listed below everything it has bare with me as I may miss odd little bits due to there being a lot, hopefully pictures will show bits I may miss.
Full kakimoto exhaust (rather loud but does come with exhaust bung).
Tegiwa rear x-brace.
6 month old had coilovers.
6 month old Rota grid v wheels and Nankang ns2r tyres which are hardly used
Beaks rear chassis brace bar
Black recaro seats (originals) the repairs are in excellent condition (not the Zilla seats that are in photo).
Double din stereo cd/USB/aux
Parrot hands free kit
Tegiwa front bumper induction duct
Bumper canards
Carbon fibre bonnet with no stone chips cracks or scratches excellent condition
Tegiwa carbon airbox
Heavyset pink hoses
Brake stopper
Engine steady
Heatwrapped manifold
Repainted custom rocker cover
Oil catch tank
Bonnet raisers
Car has folder of history both British and Japanese
Never been ran on cheap fuel since I have owned and also previous owner only used decent fuel in the vehicle.
Engine strut brace and one in the rear of the boot.
No smoke on or off vtec
Have a dyno printout to prove the car is 208bhp
Car has always been warmed up and cooled down when driven car drives superb mechanically
Car has an mot until April 20th 2016
date of import was 1/4/09
Car had 1failure which was a seized rear calliper which was renewed and re tested and passed when MOT'ed.
I am the fourth uk owner and it only had one owner before being imported
Odometer reading at import 98880klms (61305)miles the clock now shows 174375 klms (108351) miles
Car does not come with Zilla seats that are in photo will be original dc2 recaros, also does not include harness bar and the harnesses which are shown in the photographs.
Onto the bad points I will be honest the back rear arches have some slight surface rust, the rear arches have been previously rolled and the paint was slightly cracked hence the slight surface rust, it is not major, not rotten just surface rust, their is also one slight bubble on the bottom of passenger door nothing major and not noticeable unless you are on your hands and knees, I have photographed these points, apart from those 3 areas the car is faultless and brilliant, it has never let me down and is GREAT fun, but unfortunately room is needed due to moving.
