This Honda Odyssey could have been owned by that
" ♫ Little old lady from Pasadena ♫ ", but, it wasn't !
So, let me tell you about it - - -
The car's a 2014 Honda Odysse EX-L with under 37K miles,and looks as close to 'showroom' as a pre-owned car can be. The exterior is called 'White Diamond', and the interior coloris listed as 'Truffle'. The car waspurchased, and maintained by our local Honda dealer, has never been smoked in, and has always beengaraged. And, the records of service are available here and at Honda.
Here's a couple of interesting facts you shouldconsidered if you're looking for a super nice ride, both inside and out - onethat will provide what you what you want for years to come:
· It's equip with new 'soft ride' tires as of sixweeks ago ($950).
· No exterior paint chips, scratches, or blemisheson the car. (Had all wheel 'mud guards' added before delivery for extra paintprotection).
· Window are all in A-1 condition. The frontwindow was replaced two years ago due to a dealer mishap in their 'Auto Butler'station, and that's good thing to have happen.
· The front dash has never seen the light of day,and has been protected from the sun witha custom cover since new. It may look a little ratty in the pix, but the dash has been protected from the sun and is perfect!
· As to the seats; The third row of seats has always beentucked away in the cars' storage area below, and in the back of the car. Thesecond row, or passenger side seat and armrest piece have never been in the carand upon inspection would be classified as brand spanking new! The driver'sside seat has had very minimal wear and the passenger front seat looks new as well.(Btw, the car even has 'factory' side shades.)
· The car has all of the usual goodies; Rear view camera, Bluetooth Hands Free Phonelink, USB audio interface, etc, etc, and etc. ( I have the original stickerfrom the car, and in case you're wondering, the price paid was North of $40k,when all was said and done. )
These Odysseys hold their price very well and, in fact, I was offered $22.5 from CarVana,sight unseen. They indicated that $29k+ would be their fair asking price for thecar, and that's usually a firm price with them. If maintained, they will easily go for over 200k miles, and most car buyers are well aware of that!
My price? $25.5k, and that's a pretty firm asking offer.
You gotta' see thisone as it's what van seekers are looking for.
