2007 Honda Pilot EXL, only 62K miles! NO RESERVE

This Pilot is in excellent condition. We are the second owners of this vehicle. We purchased this vehicle from a middle aged female who used the vehicle only for her short, daily commute to work. She rarely used the back two rows of the vehicle. She was a non-smoker and gave us her maintenance records.
We love the Pilot, but realized too late that we NEED a minivan. Our family is expanding and we have too many car seats for the third row option to work well for us.
The only service this Pilot has required from us was a standard oil change. I have considered changing the brake pads due to periodic squeaking. It will be needing those in the near future.
The Pilot EXL has leather seats, moonroof, remote starter, rear back-up sensors, running boards, window guards, and heavy duty all-weather floor mats in the front and middle row.
The vehicle looks great. The exterior has a few minor scratches/imperfections to be expected from a seven year old vehicle. There is otherwise nothing remarkable to report about the condition. We do have two car seats currently installed using seat protector mats beneath them.
