Description
This is a very rare 2001 Honda Prelude Type SH.It has 210,000 miles which is just fine for a Honda H22 motor.
The body has almost NO RUST at all, it is in beautiful shape and the interior is flawless.
This car runs amazingly and just passed Vermont State Inspection which is notoriously difficult to pass.
This car has a salvage title because it was repossessed from a previous owner that did not pay the bills on it. It has never been in a major accident and I have a vin check I purchased to show.
The only issue currently with the car is that 2nd gear will grind if you shift too quickly. This problem could possibly be solved by doing a couple transmission fluid changes using appropriate MTF, or getting the synchros replaced at a transmission shop. Keep in mind however that this barely effects the driveability of the car, you only have to shift to 2nd a little slower and more gently :)
The car has a few minor dents, all on the left side of the car, as seen in the pictures, and on the back there is a dent about 4 inches diameter to the left of the plate, with the number 7 scratched into it??? idk if somebody did this on purpose, all the dents were from before I owned it.
This car has ATTS, which is honda's special front differential kinda thing(idk how to explain it professionally) that makes it feel like its a rear wheel drive car. The ATTS takes its own fluid, which I just replaced, along with the MTF that I just replaced as well. The ATTS is working flawlessly and I have never had a problem with it and have never had the light come on, I also have tested for a faulty ATTS light(common issue) and that works too.
The car also has a cold air intake, made by Weapon-R, I also just replaced the filter about 5k miles ago. It also has a custom exhaust that sounds really good when the VTEC hits.
It has 4 17 inch rims made by moda, with almost brand new goodyear eagle sport all season tires on the back, and older but in OK shape goodyear eagle gt all season tires in the front.
All of the electronics work including windows, sunroof, lights, audio system(which I had a KICKER sound system professionally installed), and it is ready to have subwoofers installed(gromits installed in firewall)
In all, this car would make a really fun project and would be great for any enthusiast or any high school student looking for a really fun car with over 200 horses under the hood ;)
