2001 Honda Prelude Coupe Base Silver Auto Transmission

You are bidding on a used 2001 Honda Prelude base with a 4-cylinder H22 VTEC A/T. Silver (original) with black interior. Third owner, for last seven years. Car mostly local for the kids to get to school, part time work, mall, beach, etc. Overall the Prelude is in good shape, running well, and sounds great. Still a looker. 18-23 mpg (requires premium). Interior very good condition. A/C ice cold. Power sunroof operates great. Interior is clean. Non-smokers and we rarely allow food in the car. All gauges and accessories working. Stereo sounds great, and CD player works. Modifications include: Invidia Q300 cat back exhaust system; AEM CAI; Sport Tuning T9 black rims; custom Lloyd ‘Honda’ mats; ‘Prelude’ trunk liner mat. Noteworthy completed maintenance includes: BF Goodrich G-Force Comp-2 A/S tires 3 yrs old with 6k miles; Deka battery 1y/o; rear brakes 13k miles; timing belt 16k miles with water pump, pulleys, etc. replaced with timing belt as required; spark plugs, distributor cap, rotor, and ignition wires done 1.5 years ago. At 20 years and 119k paint is in fair shape, with faded areas including the hood and especially the spoiler. Minor body damage includes: rust spot above driver’s rear wheel; rust spot in front of passenger rear wheel; spidering / chipping on bumpers; and worn paint on top of passenger side view mirror (see photos). Other conditions: needs a new valve cover gasket as it has some seepage; driver’s exterior door handle does not snap all the way flush on its own (but close); driver’s seat belt retracts slowly.
