FINALIZING THE PURCHASE
Winning bidder must contact me within 48 hours of auction close to make arrangements to complete the transaction.
A Non-Refundable Deposit of $ via Pay Pal will be required within 48 hours of auction close.
Full Payment in the form of a Cashiers Check is required within 7 days of auction close. The vehicle and the title will be held until the Cashiers Check successfully clears my bank without any issues (this can take anywhere from 7 to 15 days).
If you plan on taking delivery of the vehicle in person, I will gladly accept Cash.
If full payment is not received within 7 days of auction close the vehicle will be relisted or sold to another buyer.
SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for vehicle pickup or shipping. All shipping charges, and any damages incurred to the vehicle during shipping are the buyers responsibility.
TAXES & REGISTRATION
Buyer is responsible for any and all taxes and registration fees.
REPRESENTATIONS
The vehicle is being sold "As Is", with no warranty.
