Owner purchased car new. About 2 years ago he was going on a long trip and the insurance ran out, so he put storage insurance on the car. As he had just retired, he found when he returned, he did not need the car, so he never re-insured it until his 67 year old sister-in-law needed it for a short period of time as she had problems with her car.
