1968 Scout 800 Apache Gold Excellent Condition

Beautiful 1968 Scout 800 with 266 V8 motor.
I purchased this cream puff from the original owner about 10 years ago with only 49,000 original miles. She had no rust and her body was in perfect condition and still had 5 original hub caps on her. I had her painted back to her original color (Apache Gold) and had her seats put back to original. Her windows roll up and down good and she runs and drives great.
This cream puff has the original air conditioner and still works and all the original climatic air brochures are included.
The front bumper has been rechromed and has a new windshield with all new rubber weather stripping and seals around all glass. She has new rear rubber mat and the original rear side seat cushions have been recovered. This little Scout has new gas tank necks and gas caps that don't leak gas.
I have enjoyed this little Scout very much and would keep it if I was younger. I still have my 1976 Scout which I bought brand new and I plan to keep it for now.
This Scout 800 is a real eye catcher and looks great under the hood. It will make someone very happy to own this beautiful Scout 800.
