Jaguar XJ12 L 5.3 Series II (1976) 4D Sedan Automatic (5.3L - Four Carb) Seats

intended to restore but plans have had to change and decided to restore something else that has taken my fancy - and I already have a 80 Daimler 6. Comes with a large folder of receipts. not running at the moment due to an electrical problem. Was sent to auto elec. in about mar and amplifier and a ballast resister changed and was running. then sent to mechanic and started to play up again. So I have lost interest in it. Is set up for dual fuel but tank is now out of date but when it runs it will run on both fuels. probably needs the fuel system cleaned because it has been standing for longer than intended. The only rust is shown in the photos - on bottom of front guards (untreated) and a little piece on left side of roof (which has been treated with rust converter). Body is very very straight and interior is good but stitching has started to come apart. Will be sold with a set of very goods seats out of a 88 XJ6 (offwhite colour).You will need a trailer to remove it. Car is stored under a weatherproof cover.
