1964 Jaguar S Type 3.8s Saloon
* LOCKDOWN NO RESERVE AUCTION finishing this Friday 23rd July at 8.15pm
* This is the Pedigree of the S-Type Series
* Genuine 3.8s Model ( As per VIN Chassis )
* Strong rebuilt 3.8L Engine
* 69424 Miles on the Clock
* Factory 4 Speed Floor shift Manual with RARE Overdrive
* Previous owner has advised us engine has recently been rebuilt (approx 2 years ago) by Lee Mears Engine Reconditioning in East Maitland NSW
*Some works done include:
- Fully reconditioned engine.
- Cylinders re-bored.
- New pistons, rings and gudgeon pins.
- New bearing throughout, engine and wheels.
- New gaskets and seals throughout including a modified rear main bearing seal.
- 4 new tyres.
- New battery,12 months old.
- New tie rod ends.
- 1 New fuel pump.
- New grill.
- New Brake booster.
- Some new chrome work.
* Gorgeous sought after colour combination Deep Red on Tan interior
* The Body is straight , 99.9% rust free (we have not seen any) and paintwork old but respectable
* Interior in near new condition and Wood work has been recently restored
* Comes with some books , manuals and some valuable spare parts
* S Type has always been club registered and on the road , now sold unregistered as historic rego is non transferrable
