I have for sale, my Jag S type. A fabulous car indeed. Due to a change in my circs, I'm afraid it has to go.I will be as honest as I can and will attain to answer any questions you may have, as quickly and honestly as possible
It is a 3 owner car with almost 106k on the clock. It has a service history up to 90k, many stamps from Jaguar dealerships. I have hundreds and hundreds of pounds worth of receipts of works done to this car long with previous MOT certificates
This car is fully loaded with built in Sat-Nav. I have the disc to reboot should it be needed. It has climate control, air con, independent heating settings, full leather, premium sound system with multi-changer. It comes with full leather, full size spare wheel, PAS, remote central locking, immobiliser, alarm, TCS, sport option, parking sensors, sunroof. Guys/girls, it's a Jaguar with all the bells and whistles
There are of course a few issues. There are car park scuffs to the bumpers and one of the parking sensors has been pushed into the bumper which I think is the reason the sensors no longer work. The sunroof operates in vent mode but will no slide all the way back. There are a few scuffs to the leather interior but there are no splits or holes, just generic wear and tear.
If you know your S types, you will surely know there Achilles heel. The rear subframe! Fear not as I changed it out for a solid newer one, complete with new brake discs, pads, brake hoses, stabiliser bars and bushes to the upper and lower wishbones. I replaced bushes to the front suspension and it also has had new discs and pads to compliment. This wasn't a cheap fix as you can imagine but it will give peace of mind to whomever buys this car.
So bid away folks and get yourself a lot of car for a little money
I do have this car advertised elsewhere and it could be withdrawn suddenly. I would like cash upon collection please as the fees are likely to rack up and blight an already reluctant sale. I am open to offers around the asking price but please do not expect this car for next to nothing, it won't happen
