Description
This is an AMAZING car! 2012 Jag XK with only 4400 mi. Black package, originally a $5,000 option. This includes original factory wheels with black finish. Also Jag emblems, grille inserts, door handles, etc. with black finish. This gives the car a VERY athletic appearance. Combined with the 5.0 L V8 and the stiff suspension and deep exhaust sound it is really fun car to drive.
That athleticism is balanced by the fact that this is widely regarded as the most beautiful and sexy convertible ever built by any car maker at any price. It is really a head turner. Whether I'm driving it or my wife is, we constantly get questions, compliments, and "wow". This is a car parked "up front" by the valet on a regular basis. It is often mistaken for the Aston Martin DB9 which costs $100,000 MORE than this car.
The paint looks black, and it is. However, it is metallic black and doesn't just shine--it sparkles in the sun. Someone said to me recently, "it's blackbut then, it isn't". Doesn't show dust as badly as normal black paint.
I AM NOT A CAR DEALER. Just a regular guy trying to follow the lead of others selling cars on ebay. I'll try to list all the features but I know I'll forget some. Don't hesitate to contact me if you are looking for a particular feature you don't see listed here. If you can imagine it, the car probably has it. Also, not sure how many pics I'll be able to add to this listing-but I have 40. If you want to see something that you don't, contact me and I'll send you the rest.
The car was imported into New York state when new and driven, I'm told, by the dealer's wife. I bought it in March 2014 with only 3,050 miles on it. Today it only has 4,400 miles, and as you can tell I love it. So does my wife, who I bought it for. Unfortunately, she was in a bad wreck in a different vehicle, and is now afraid to drive it.
