Description
2006 Jaguar XK8 Convertible, this is a rare Victory Limited Edition Vehicle - (see below). Excellent Condition. One careful owner from 2008 til present. Always serviced regularly by Jaguar Service Centers. This Vehicle has just had a complete 100,000 mile major service, including four brand new Continental Tires, new battery, new shocks, new smog test, etc etc. Exterior bodywork in excellent condition. Overall looks and runs great.
The car is finished in silver (Jaguar calls it Platinum) and features a power-retractable black soft top and a matching tonneau cover. Additional features include dual exhaust outlets, xenon headlamps with auto leveling, powerfold exterior mirrors, fog lights, automatic climate control, heated seats, cruise control and an AM/FM stereo and cassette player with a stackable CD changer in the boot.
The interior is upholstered in Charcoal leather (with contrast stitching) with matching door panels and carpeting, and beautiful Elm burl wood veneer on the dash and center console, with a leather steering wheel. Interior has some minor cosmetic wear but in overall good shape, however, the small switch for the passenger side power seat recliner does need to be replaced. All else seems to be working just fine.
This XK8 is one of 1050 “Victory Edition” models produced for the USA market and first introduced at the 2005 Los Angeles International Auto Show to commemorate Jaguar’s four North American Trans-Am manufacturer’s victories. The car has a bold, sleek design, aggressive muscular look with special badging and trim package. The “Growler” badge on the hood has a checkered-flag background – unique amongst all Jaguars to this model - and the door sill plates feature similar checkered-flag emblems.
