Jaguar 2002 xtype 4 dr sdn not getting fuel to injectors but will start on fluid

Jaguar X-Type. I have owned and registered for 13 years. 6000 miles on tires. Battery replaced 7 mos ago. Only accident that I have had 5 years ago is pictured - above and behind rt rear tire. I never had repaired or painted. No rust or other dents. Interior very good as are brakes, transmission - engine ran very strong prior to not getting fuel to inj. Ran smooth at 80 mph on 95. I live in west palm on the ocean in a higher end condo and jag is in the parking garage and not allowed to work on car on premises so it will have to be towed. Car has been sitting for 7 months and this has happened once before. I am 77 years old and daughters made me purchase a new car. As a lay person my guess is fuse, relay, filter or fuel pump. Please ask any questions before bidding and please be a mechanic - no checks - remember that it must be towed .
