The Car:
Thanksfor taking a look at this great value example of the superb Jaguar X-Type Classic Estate (unfortunately I am no expert on Jaguar specification but I believe this car has many non-standard options over the standard 'Classic' specification),finished in stunning black metallic with beautiful half leather sport trim and complemented by sun protection glass which really makes it look the part. Beforetelling you about the car, I think I should maybe tell you a littleabout myself From College 18 yrs ago I went straight to work in themotor trade working exclusively for franchised main dealers insales. Thismeant that I spent my days appraising and buying cars of allmakes and models, both new and used, all day long. As such feel thatbeing able to spot 'the nice ones' is a skill developed with many yearsof industry and manufacturer training. Since leaving the main dealerarena to pursue family commitments I have maintained my industrycontacts and get offered many cars by friends and previous colleaguesstill working in main dealerships who are tasked with keeping an eye outfor these 'nice ones'. With both their experience and mine, thisusually gives me a very good chance of obtaining the very best genuinecars at great prices. This usually works for me, (not always, but that'scars for you) but regardless, my commitment to you is that the car willbe described accurately here and priced to reflect the best value I canfind across the trade. As those who know me would testify, I thoroughlyenjoy working with cars and take a great deal of personal satisfactionin providing people with great cars at an affordable price and amcommitted to providing great service. Please take a moment to read myfeedback, so that you can understand that what is described is what youwill be getting and buy with confidence.
Thesecars are such great value, I just love selling them! This one is alovely example for the price. What else couldyou buy forthe money withall the toys that this has, and with Jaguars'refinement, reliability andquality? Clearly very well maintained, the car drives without fault. There is nopulling tothe left or right, either when accelerating, driving or braking. Theacceleration is smooth and powerful as you would expect, as these superbengines produces a very respectable 130bhp, hardly makes a sound whencruising along and yet can still easily return an average of 48+ mpg. Thegearbox moves from gear to gear silky smooth, both up and down throughall gears perfectly, andthebrakes feel sharp. There is no juddering from the steering wheel atmotorway speed, and no funny noises, knocks or whines, and there are nowarning lights on on the dashboard. It really couldn't drive any better!All 4 wheels are in good condition and the tyres are also all in very goodcondition all round - two were replaced with its recent service in Feb. I haveinspected the car allround, and obviously due to its age and mileage, and really just tocover myself, I will say that there is bound to be, and is the odd tinystone chip/mark/ding/age related mark/surface scratches etc somewhere ifyou look hard enough (and it is black which does show all the marks when it is clean),but there is absolutely nodamage that you would call significant, or even noticeable. I actually think this is possibly one of the bestvalue cars for themoney that I have sold so far this year! Where would you even get another X-Type ofthis specification? Overallthecar presents very well for its age and has obviously been wellmaintained - it feels lovely to drive.Inside the car the interior feels nice and fresh and clean, and there isreallyisn't any wear to be found anywhere, either on the leather or around thecabin - It really is in very good condition condition for its age andmiles, and as already stated, drives execellently. The one thing I have noticed however is that the load cover is missing (these are available right here on ebay but I would imagine available a little cheaper with a quick ring round). The sporty half leather trim (I don't think electric sports seats are a standard option on a 'Classic D' model, along with rear electric windows, climate control, 'S' style alloy wheels, sun protection glass or the extended leather pack which you will notice if you check the picture of the dashboard on the passenger side) is in practically unmarked conditionthroughout. There are certainly no rips or tears anywhere, all of the knobs andbuttons work, andthere are no pieces of trim hanging off and the digital climatecontrol feels lovely and cold. Itreally is a very nice place to be They really are amazingcars, quick, economical, comfortable, ultra reliable Icould just keep going on and on. It really is a super value, useful, economical, comfortable family estate, and with this spec, I think a rare car.
Quitesimply, this is an lovely car at a lovely price!! It couldn'tdrive any better, is in great condition for its age, has a full service history, has just been serviced, has a new MOT, and I can tax it ready foryou to drive away in! It alsocomes with the original Jaguar handbook pack, complete with service bookstamped as detailed above and invoices for all the work listed and more. Otherthan this all I can say really is if you are looking for one of thesecars, then you should probably stop reading this ad and call me straightaway because the other person reading it may well do so, and as I said,I don't think you will find a better value carat this age, specification and price anywhere, and I'm sure that thefirstperson to view this car will definitely drive away in it!
