Description
I'm selling a 2001 Jeep Cherokee, Lifted 33" tires. 4 wheel drive works perfect. Very solid jeep and a lot of fun to drive. 226,000 miles. Motor runs nice and smooth. I just purchased last month but need a truck for a landscaping position I just got, so forced to sell or trade for truck.
Jeep could use a little work, I had a new hood put on and it is a different color than the rest of the jeep, so you may want to get that painted. The windshield washer fluid doesn't work and I haven't had it looked at to find out why. It hasn't worked since I've owned it. Pully to pop open the hood inside the vehicle broke, so to pop hood you have to pull the wire to open. Windshield has cracks in it. Also if you purchase you will probably want to put a traction bar on it. I've driven it on the highway (65mph+) twice and the jeep kinda moved/jerked with the road. No "death wobble" but I was definitely cautious and didn't like the drive at that speed. I was told a traction bar would help solve that.
Besides that, the jeep runs good, motor is quiet and smooth, the body is solid. I looked at so many jeeps that were rusted out and floor boards were rotten. Not this jeep, very solid! Inside is pretty spacious and clean. Radio/cd player, 4x4 works great. Tires are good. It's a really nice jeep.
