1972 Jeep CJ Renegade

1972 Jeep CJ 5, purchased from the 87 year old original owner. Jeep was used around the farm and for surveying. Jeep was always barn stored and that’s where it was found when I bought it. The old man was liquidating his farm and I was lucky enough to grab the Jeep from him. The Jeep was not running when I got it so I rebuilt the carb and did a tune up and oil change. The carb is a motorcraft 2100 but is not correct for the Jeep. I had completely new exhaust installed from the manifolds back. The Jeep is currently sitting on the 2nd set of tires that’s ever been on the vehicle. They are like new other than been dry cracked but they all hold air just fine. The Jeep is a 3spd trans with Dana 20 transfer case. It has the factory rear limited slip locker. There is a couple of minor rust spots I have pictured and the tool tray under the passenger seat has some rust which I did not picture. Overall the Jeep is in fantastic shape and is ready for a new owner. There are a few mechanicals that should be updated but she runs, drives and stops just fine.
