Description

I am selling my 1980 Jeep CJ7. It is in excellent shape. It is one of the most beautiful Jeeps that I have ever owned. The paint and body are excellent, the color is charcoal metallic. It is totally rust free. Underneath is very clean. The front seats are new, the back seat has a couple of very small tears, not too noticeable. The dash and door panels are in great shape. All of the glass is good except the windshield does have a small chip behind the rear view mirror. It is about the size of a pea and has been treated so it should not spread. The 31 inch tires are like new. The chrome trim covers are also in excellent shape. The engine runs great. Always starts on the first turn. It is the straight 6 cylinder, 258 ci. It does not smoke or have any leaks. It has very good oil pressure and plenty of power. The engine is very clean as you can see in the pictures. The transmission is the sought after T-18, 4 speed. It is in excellent condition, shifts great, no leaks. The jeep can sit in my garage for weeks and the only leak will be a very small drop or two of power steering fluid. There are no other leaks anywhere on this jeep. The jeep does have power steering and front wheel disc brakes. The steering is tight, good steering box, shaft and tie rod ends, but wanders a little on the highway. All of the gauges work except the fuel gauge. It has an aftermarket temperature gauge. It has a basic AM/FM radio with two speakers. Four wheel drive works as it should. The windshield wipers, lights, and heater all work. The brakes are good, it has new front calipers, pads and master cylinder. The title is clear and is in my name. This is an excellent jeep and I think whoever wins the auction will be very pleased. If you have any questions or need to see more pictures of the jeep please call me or send me an email. I see myself as a jeep advocate and I hope the person that wins the auction will be as happy with the jeep as myself. I will sell overseas, but must have a cashier’s check from an American bank. If you have “0” transactions on Ebay, please call me before bidding. I must have a $500 deposit paid though PayPal as soon as the auction ends. My phone number is 501-804-5654. I have a few You Tube videos that feature the jeep. Just click on the following:
