1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo

I bought this Jeep in 2010. I have put nearly 200,000 miles on it. It's been a great driver. Never really let me down.
The Goods:
New slotted rotors, high performance calipers and ceramic pads
Transmission rebuild a year ago. (around 280K miles)
Comes with second set of aluminum wheels. This is cool when you want new tires, you can drop off the spares at the tire shop, then pick them back up later. No waiting!
Engine does not burn oil
Ball joints replaced 80K ago
Trailing arms and sway bars were replaced around 80K miles ago
Steering box replaced last month
Track arm replaced last week
So, the steering is super tight.
I think I replaced the radiator 80-100K miles ago, no leaks
I've replaced the water pump, it's good
Power steering pump was replaced maybe 10K miles ago
The not-so-goods
The engine although it doesn't burn oil or leak, has a lifter tick. It's common and not really a big deal, but you'll hear it when it idles
The dome light doesn't work unless the key is on
The door locks around the car don't unlock automatically when you get out of the car.
These two issues are from the signal wires in the door fatiguing from all the years of opening and closing the doors. Just a nuisance
The seats are worn. I could put seat covers on, but whatever. You can pick those out.
This has been a great car. Gets 22+ mpg! For sale locally, so bid high and bid often!
