If a deposit is not received and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come first serve basis. All financial transactions should be completed within 7 DAYS after auction ends. We have disclosed as much information as possible and we welcome buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT THE VEHICLE BEFORE YOU PLACE A BID.
Seller accepts cashiers-check, certified funds, or "drafts" from known financial institutions, cash in person and personal check (once cleared). PayPal will be accepted only for a deposit not for full payment. Pennsylvania buyers will pay sales tax and registration. Out -of - State buyers will be responsible to pay applicable taxes in own states. We do not ship cars. Buyers are responsible for shipping. We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time at our discretion. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason. Fees and Taxes
Out of state residents do not pay any sales tax in PA. A $295 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction due to state raising prices on title works we are sorry but have to raise the fees accordingly, which will cover document preparation, title transfer, listing fees vehicle prep and maintenance fees. Temporary Transit Tags are available for $75, which will provide valid registration in all states for 30 days. There will be a storage fee of $19.99 per day if the vehicle is not being picked up with 10 regular days after the auction ends.
