1998 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4 Door SUV 4WD 6-Cyl. 4.0L

This Jeep was purchased in 1999 from a dealership with 14000 miles and it belonged to our family owned machine shop. Due to my father in law past a way a few months before, we are selling some of our cars, campers, camper parts, trucks, and machine tools. This Jeep is a great running dependable rust free 1998 Grand Cherokee with no problems. The wife and I where using it as a commuter car 80 miles round trip, mostly highway miles in the HOV lane. It has a 6" lift I purchased the car already with this modification. It has a front bush guard, spare tire rack in the back, and bush guard for the tail lights( see pictures). I removed them, but it will be included in the sale. Outside is in perfect shape The interior is fantastic, except for the door panels has small tears by the arm rest. I had a new transmission and transfer case installed. It has about 3000 miles on it. Total cost is around $ 4000.00. The 4.0 6 Cyl engine is very strong with good MPG for this size SUV that has 4X4 . We get 18MPG HWY 14 MPG City. The 4 wheel drive works perfectly, I've used in snow several times to go up to Big Bear to go skiing with my family. Smog certificate will be provided with the sale of this vehicle if requested for California buyers.
